H.O.M.E. works with government agencies, civic groups, corporations and other community partners to realise our vision and mission objectives through rights advocacy and community awareness building. 1) Providing legal assistance to workers who have experienced abuse and injustice and highlighting these cases to the authorities (Ministry of Manpower/Police) 2) Public Education on issues affecting migrant workers 3) Dialogue sessions with policy makers, such as the Ministry of Manpower and other authorities and stakeholders. Help Desk The help desk aims to reach out to migrant workers who encounter difficulties during their employment stints in Singapore. Volunteers and staff provide a listening ear to these workers, including employment and legal advice. Where necessary, mediation sessions are arranged between workers and their employers.
