Course Description: Learn how to cook a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Korean, Western, Peranakan and Thai. The class will also cover how to clean and maintain kitchen premises, preparing stocks, sauces and soups, and how to package prepared food.

*Do note that depending on the recipe, the duration of the class may be extended accordingly. If students are unable to stay for the full duration of the class, they may inform the teacher accordingly.
