  • Not inclusive of ingredients: ~$10 per lesson (payment to be made during class)

Course Description: Learn how to cook a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Korean, Western, Peranakan and Thai. The class will also cover how to clean and maintain kitchen premises, preparing stocks, sauces and soups, and how to package prepared food.
